Deputy Manager – Sales (Commercial Vehicles)

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Sales to lead sales initiatives, develop key accounts, drive new business, and achieve commercial vehicle sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive commercial vehicle sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop new business through market visits, B2B networking, referrals, and corporate/fleet customer acquisition.
- Manage and grow relationships with fleet owners, transporters, institutional customers, and key accounts.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to improve lead generation, conversion, and productivity.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, customer enquiries, bookings, and order closures.
- Handle key customer negotiations and support the team in closing high-value deals.
- Coordinate with finance, accounts, insurance, RTO, PDI, and service teams for timely vehicle delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify business opportunities.
- Drive repeat business, referrals, customer retention,



and overall territory growth.
- Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, and business updates for management.

Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering, Sales, or Marketing.
- 6–10 years of experience in Commercial Vehicle / Automotive / B2B / Industrial Sales.
- Proven experience in team leadership, key account management, and business development.
- Solid sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of commercial vehicle applications and the complete sales cycle.
- Strong target orientation with excellent team-management and business-development capabilities.
