Role Summary The Deputy Manager - Retail Sales (Tile Adhesive) will be responsible for driving retail sales and market development of Tile Adhesive products in the assigned territory. The role will focus on developing the dealer and distributor network, increasing product penetration, strengthening relationships with retailers, contractors, and applicators, and achieving sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage retail sales of Tile Adhesive and related Construction Chemical products in the assigned territory.
- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
- Build robust relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, and applicators.
- Drive primary and secondary sales and improve product availability in the market.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market coverage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and awareness activities for contractors, applicators, and retailers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, dispatch, and customer service.
- Support local promotional activities, dealer engagement programs, and market activation initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales,



market coverage, and performance reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
- MBA in Sales Marketing will be preferred.

Experience Industry Background

- 7-8 years of experience in retail sales, channel sales, or territory sales.
- Experience in Tile Adhesive, Construction Chemicals, Building Materials, Tiles, Ceramics, Waterproofing, or related industries preferred.
- Hands-on experience in dealer management, distributor development, and contractor engagement.
- Experience in the Chandigarh / Punjab / Tricity market will be preferred.
