Role & Responsibilities

Inspection & Mechanical Integrity Management

- Plan, coordinate, and execute inspection activities for pressure vessels, reactors, columns, heat exchangers, piping systems, and storage tanks across Ammonia, Urea, and Utility plants.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements related to pressure vessel inspections, piping thickness measurements, lifting tools & tackles inspections, and fitness-for-service assessments.
- Review and interpret inspection and NDT data and recommend corrective, preventive, and life-extension actions.
- Define inspection scope and support execution during plant shutdowns, turnarounds, andmajor maintenance activities.
