Job Responsibilities:
- Assess day-to-day Procure-to-Pay activities from purchase requisition and purchase order through invoice processing and payment.
- Prepare P2P reports and monitor operational KPIs, Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, automation Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve the P2P process.
- Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, from supplier request to vendor activation.
- Manage bank account details validation and support appropriate controls to prevent fraudulent or duplicate vendor records.
- Support periodic vendor master data reviews, cleansing, and compliance audits.
- Prepare onboarding status reports and track pending, rejected, and completed vendor requests.
- Develop and run Vendor Performance Management Program globally.
- Identify opportunities to standardize and automate vendor onboarding processes and improve data quality.
- Continuously looking for opportunities within the procurement department for increasing compliance, process improvement, global standardization, automation and develop a pipeline of projects.
- The ability to simplify processes through clean slate design.

- Excellent analytical skills Expertise in SAP, Ariba, MS Excel, Powerpoint.

- Ability to work independently Graduate/ Post-Graduate (Preferably in Procurement / Supply Chain / Finance) Knowledge about Pharma/Life Sciences (represents an advantage)
