Exp on Quality Systems, Tools & Quality Framework. Exp in managing audits from a risk compliance & control standpoint. Exp in Defect Analysis, Continuous improvement, Root cause analysis, Calibration and Corrective / Preventive action plans.
Required Candidate profile
2-3 years in current role as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager in a call center or backend workplace (Inbound calls, Emails/Chats). Preferred six sigma knowledge (YB/GB trained/Certified) .
