Position: Deputy Manager/ Manager

Skill: Six Sigma Black Belt, statistical tools (SPC, Cp/Cpk) TQM Vehicles (Policy Deployment & DWM), Cycle Time & Motion Study, Business Excellence Tools

Drive the implementation and sustainability of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives across the organization. (Especially in sales) Lead and execute Six Sigma projects to improve process efficiency and reduce variation. Facilitate and promote continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Circles. Design and optimize plant layouts to enhance productivity, safety, and material flow. Conduct cycle time studies and motion studies to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes.

Perform Failure

Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively identify and mitigate risks. Support technical procurement by evaluating specifications, processes, and cost optimization opportunities. Identify and eliminate process losses by applying Lean principles (focus on the 8 wastes). Plan and deliver training programs on Lean, TQM, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies

Key Responsibilities
