Job Summary: 94.3 MYFM seeks an experienced MARCOMM qualified. This role will drive regional level activations, create high-impact campaigns, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand presence and support revenue growth.
Role & responsibilities:
* Manage & execute all events/on-ground activities & entire brand communication for entire region
* Come up with branding and positioning strategy
* Conceptualizing and implementing various ATL BTL activities
* Develop effective advertising campaigns
* Closing Barter deals
* Manage vendors, agencies, and partners for campaigns
* Brand building
* Work with designers, illustrators to complete the campaign
* Brand Promotion
* Plan, create and execute periodic online and offline marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and share insights with leadership
