Role Purpose

Inexel Naturals (Earth Bowl Farms) is Golcha Associated Group's dairy farming and dairy products business, with its farm located approximately 15–20 km from Jaipur city and its administrative base at the Jaipur Head Office. This is one of the Group's high-potential businesses, which the Group is looking to build into a more structured, scalable and profitable business. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the dairy farm and dairy products business, and will equally own new business development for the business within Jaipur, reporting to the Vice President – Commercial.

The incumbent must bring a strong business / entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities, help structure and scale the dairy business, and build robust operations, quality and customer feedback systems. Prior experience in dairy farming or a similar business — whether in a structured or unstructured set-up — combined with an entrepreneurial or business-owner mindset, will be the right fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Dairy Farm & Business Operations

- Own end-to-end operations of the dairy farm and dairy products business, including farm operations, milk production, processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate cattle/herd management, feed management and farm-level operational processes with the on-ground farm team.
- Travel to the dairy farm on a weekly basis for on-ground coordination, review and issue resolution, while based out of the Jaipur Head Office.
- Standardize and streamline farm and dairy operating processes/SOPs to build a more structured and scalable business.
- Act as the single operational point of contact between the farm and the Jaipur Head Office / management.

2. Business Development





- Identify and drive new business development opportunities for the dairy and dairy products business within Jaipur.
- Develop new ideas, business models and go-to-market approaches to grow the business and improve profitability.
- Build and manage new customer/channel relationships to expand the business's market reach.
- Work closely with the Vice President – Commercial to define and execute the business growth strategy.

3. Quality Management & Customer Feedback

- Own quality management of milk and dairy products, ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to quality standards.
- Design and implement a structured customer feedback mechanism, including periodic customer surveys and random calling to existing customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify quality/service gaps and drive corrective action and continuous improvement.

4. Market Analysis

- Conduct market analysis covering competitor benchmarking, industry trends, pricing movement and demand-supply position for the dairy/dairy products business in Jaipur.
- Translate market insights into actionable inputs for business development and growth strategy discussions with the Vice President – Commercial.

5. Data Analytics, Reporting & MIS

- Create and maintain MIS reports covering farm operations, production, sales and business performance.
- Build and maintain management dashboards presenting key business KPIs.
- Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate circulation of reports and dashboards to management.

6. Business Reviews & Management Presentations

- Prepare monthly presentations/business review decks summarizing operations, business development progress, quality and customer feedback.
- Consolidate inputs from farm operations, business development and quality functions into a consistent management reporting format.
- Present key business, operational and growth highlights to senior management as required.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Act as the operating bridge between the dairy farm, Jaipur Head Office functions and the Vice President – Commercial.




- Coordinate with relevant internal teams (finance, HR, logistics) to support smooth business operations.
- Escalate and help resolve operational or business issues in coordination with the Vice President – Commercial.

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.Sc. in Dairy Technology, Dairy Engineering, Dairy Science, Animal Husbandry, or a related discipline in dairy farming/dairy management.
- MBA in Business Development, Marketing or Operations Management is mandatory, in addition to the above.
- Candidates with an MBA from a top-tier B-school and the right entrepreneurial mindset for this challenge will be given significant preference and added advantage.

- Hands-on experience in dairy farming or a similar structured/unstructured agri-business, covering farm operations, cattle/herd management and milk production.

- Customer feedback and relationship management skills, including experience running customer surveys/feedback calls.
- Strong data analytics, MIS and reporting skills; ability to build dashboards and business presentations.

- Willingness to travel regularly to the farm (approx. 15–20 km from Jaipur) while being based out of the Jaipur Head Office.
- Ability to manage end-to-end operations and drive new business initiatives with ownership and execution discipline.
