- Lead and guide technicians, allocate manpower effectively, and ensure quality execution of maintenance activities during the assigned shift.
- Ensure timely resolution of machine breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and utility teams for smooth plant operations.
- Monitor critical utilities such as compressors, transformers, chillers, DG sets, Fresh Air system, ETP/STP, and borewell systems.
- Knowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Electrical system.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO procedures, and EHS requirements during all maintenance activities.
- Analyse recurring equipment failures, conduct RCA, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen, TPM, energy conservation, and reliability improvement projects.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
