Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Civil to lead end-to-end procurement activities for commercial and residential building projects. The candidate will be responsible for strategic sourcing, vendor development, contract negotiation, and timely material procurement to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage complete procurement lifecycle for commercial and residential construction projects.
2. Prepare procurement plans in line with project schedules and budgets.
3. Review BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings before floating enquiries.
4. Identify, evaluate, and develop vendors for civil, structural, and finishing materials.
5. Float RFQs, conduct techno-commercial evaluations, and finalize vendors.
6. Lead rate negotiations and contract finalization.
7. Ensure timely availability of materials at site as per project milestones.
8. Coordinate with Project, Planning, QS, and Finance teams.

Monitor procurement budgets and control cost overruns.
10. Maintain vendor performance evaluation and long-term strategic partnerships.
11. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements.
12. Handle procurement of key materials such as:

- Cement, Steel, RMC
- Aggregates, Blocks
- Tiles, Marble, Granite
- Doors, Windows, Aluminium systems
- Waterproofing materials
- Finishing materials

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 815 years of experience in procurement for building construction projects.
- Mandatory experience in handling both Commercial and Residential projects.
- Experience in high-rise buildings / township projects preferred.
