Summary of the Role

1. Responsible for all maintenance activities at transmission shop and heat treatment shop.
2. Exposure in maintenance of Conventional & CNC gear cutting machine's & CNC (HMC, VMC) Machines and Hydraulic systems, Utility Maintenance is must.
3. Strong Leadership & technical skills with ability to manage complete Maintenance team.
4. Problem solving and analytical skills with communication & presentation skills.
5. Knowledge of safety, Statutory & sustainability requirement and knowledge of SAP, TPM, QMS, EMS.

Details of the Job
1. Responsible for overseeing the all-Maintenance activities of the Transmission & heat treatment shop Plant 3, Akurdi plant.
2. Lead the Maintenance team including mechanical, electrical & utility services.
3. Execute Maintenance Plan for CNC Machines preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and Daily Breakdown with Why-why analysis.
4. Set & Monitor maintenance goals and shift activities of Maintenance team.
5. Effective planning & utilisation of Maintenance Budget & Effective spare part management.
6.



Ensuring OEE of CNC Machines and Utilities by improving MTTR, MTBF and Breakdown percentage.
7. Ability to build team & enhance knowledge of Team members.
8. Hand on Exposure in Improvements, Kaizens, spare cost saving, project activities.

Technical Requirements Knowledge of Maintenance of Mechanical, like; Conventional & CNC Gear cutting, shaving, gear testing m/c of Gleason, Oerlikon, CNC machines BFW, Mazak, Makino, LMW etc. Manpower planning, Spare planning and monitoring, positive understanding on various mechanisms, drives of machines. Hand-on experience of GAT / major repair/reconditioning works etc.

Education Requirements
- BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Preferred: BE)
- Experience: Min 8 Years to Max 10 Years (Candidates Age Max: 30-35 Years)
