Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT Infrastructure and End User Support (EUS) operations.

- Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure services to ensure business continuity.

- Lead and mentor the IT support/infrastructure team and ensure effective resource utilization.

- Manage and support MES (Manufacturing Execution System) infrastructure and related IT operations.

- Coordinate with business, plant operations, vendors, and other IT teams to resolve critical issues.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure and end-user services.

- Drive incident, problem

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in IT Infrastructure and End User Services (EUS).

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, should be in a manufacturing organization.

- Experience in managing IT operations within a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
