- Manage Indirect Purchase of consumables, spares and MRO materials.
- Manage Service Contracts, AMC and vendor agreements.
- Coordinate with Material Planning, Production and other plant functions for timely procurement.
- Lead price negotiation and commercial negotiations with suppliers.
- Drive cost-saving, cost-reduction and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Handle Infrastructure and Civil Maintenance procurement/projects.
- Ensure QHSE compliance across procurement activities.
- Develop and manage vendors/suppliers for consumables and indirect materials.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, procurement reports and purchase dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E. Mechanical
- 10-12 years in Indirect Purchase in Engineering Industry, of which at least 2-3 years as Asst Manager.
- Thorough knowledge of Indirect Purchase and services, Service contracts and supplier base; Good Negotiation skill, Exposure to ERP systems; Strong in analytical and logical skills with proven track record of success in a complex production and assembly setting; Expertise on M.S. Excel and Power point;
- Experience in handling of Infra and Machinery related Capex projects in manufacturing industry
