Role & responsibilities:

- Address grievances disciplinary issues and employee counselling at shop floor and maintain harmonious ER climate.

- Liaison with government authorities.

- Ensure employee compliance under various wage codes

- Coordinate statutory audits and inspections.

- Maintain all employee and contractor statutory records.

- Manage manpower contractors and contract labour compliance.

- Verify contractor statutory compliance s, wage payments, PF, ESIC and labour licenses.

- Conduct periodic contractor audits.

- Ensure accurate attendance, shift roster and payroll inputs.

- Coordinate payroll processing and resolve employee wage-related queries.

- Monitor overtime records and compliance.

- Drive performance management for Staffs and Workmen

- Drive skill development programs for shop floor employees

- Monitor training effectiveness and skill development initiatives.

- Support succession planning and talent development programs.

- Implement Corporate HR Policies at plant level and ensure adherence





- Support Organization development, culture building and change management

- Act as a bridge between Corporate HR and Plant Team for all HR initiatives

- Partner with EHS team to promote safety culture.

- Implement welfare and well being initiatives related to canteen, grievance committee and POSH awareness.

Drive Employee Engagement

Activities.

- Participate in safety committees and statutory meetings.

- Maintain HRIS, employee records-life cycle Generate MIS Reports for Management
