? Position: HR Professional / Academic Administration

? Employment Type: Full-time

✅ Qualifications:

MBA / MSW / Master’s in HR or related field

(For senior academic leadership roles, as applicable: M.Tech / Ph.D from IIT, NIT, IIM)

✅ Experience:

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in group educational institutions

Overall experience requirement: 10 / 5 / 3 years (minimum, depending on the role)

? Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of labor laws and academic HR systems

Experience in recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and academic HR processes

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills

Ability to work in a multi-campus institutional environment
