About the Role

One Dream Homes is looking for a Manager – Channel Partner Sales to drive channel sales for our premium luxury low-rise residential projects located on Golf CourseExtension, Gurugram. The ideal candidate will bring solid micro-market knowledge of the SPR, Golf Course Extension Road, and Golf Course Road corridors, along with an established network of channel partners in this belt.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales through channel partners (CPs) for premium/luxury low-rise residential projects on SPR

Build, onboard, and activate a strong CP network across SPR, Golf Course Extension Road, and Golf Course Road

Manage end-to-end deal closure ,site visits, negotiations, documentation, and after-sales coordination

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through channel partner contribution





Maintain strong relationships with existing CPs and continuously expand the partner base

Stay updated on competitor projects, pricing, and inventory movement in the SPR micro-market

Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and legal teams for smooth transaction closure

Provide regular market feedback and sales MIS to reporting manager

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline

6+ years of experience in real estate channel partner sales, preferably in the SPR/Golf Course Extension Road/Golf Course Road corridor

Sound knowledge of premium and luxury low-rise residential products and pricing in the SPR belt

Existing relationships with active channel partners/brokers in Gurugram

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Experience handling high-ticket residential transactions preferred
