Role: Deputy Manager – Business Finance

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office, 5 days a week

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – 2021 to 2023 batch

About the Role

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Business Finance to partner closely with our business teams and drive financial performance, profitability, and data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Do

- Partner with business teams on P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Track revenue, costs, margins, and key business metrics; identify variances and drive corrective actions.
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions, growth initiatives, and investments.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and improved profitability.
- Prepare MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports for business and leadership.
- Work closely with Business, Operations, FP&A;, and Finance teams on business and financial priorities.




- Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- CA qualified, 2021–2023 batch.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A; / Finance Business Partnering.
- Robust understanding of P&L;, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL/MySQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus.
