- Supervision of day-to-day laboratory operations
- Staff management, duty allocation and team coordination
- Stock & inventory management of reagents, kits and consumables
- Laboratory instrument troubleshooting and service coordination
- Quality control, SOP implementation and documentation
- NABL audit preparation, compliance and handling of observations
- Monitoring sample quality and Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Laboratory safety and biomedical waste management
- Coordination with Pathologists, clinicians and hospital administration
Preferred candidate profile A qualified with strong laboratory operations, leadership, quality-management, inventory-control and instrument-troubleshooting skills, with practical NABL audit experience.
