- We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Deputy Lab Technician In-Charge to join our laboratory team.

- Eligibility
- DMLT / BMLT from a recognized institution
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in a clinical/hospital laboratory
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in laboratory operations
- Previous experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory
- Experience in handling/facing at least 2 NABL assessments/audits is mandatory
- Experience in a NABH-accredited hospital preferred

- Key Responsibilities
- Supervision of day-to-day laboratory operations
- Staff management, duty allocation and team coordination
- Stock & inventory management of reagents, kits and consumables
- Laboratory instrument troubleshooting and service coordination
- Quality control, SOP implementation and documentation
- NABL audit preparation, compliance and handling of observations




- Monitoring sample quality and Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Laboratory safety and biomedical waste management
- Coordination with Pathologists, clinicians and hospital administration
- Ideal Candidate
- A professional with strong laboratory operations, leadership, quality-management, inventory-control and instrument-troubleshooting skills, with practical NABL audit experience.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Compensation and Advantages: Rs.40000 to Rs.45000 ( Gross P.M.)
