The incumbent for this role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and introducing recent products, as well as improving and modifying existing ones (including AGVs, AMRs, attachments, and docking stations). The role requires meeting criteria related to functionality, manufacturability, maintainability, aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, user experience, and environmental and safety standards. Additionally, the role involves mentoring and guiding the team.

Technical Skills Required :

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works & Siemens PLM.

- Proficiency in Team Center, Bill of Material Generation, Engineering Change Management & integration with SAP.

- Knowledge of Product Manual & Project related documentation.

- Knowledge of Manufacturing process, sheet metal ,2D drawings, GD&T;, Assembly and Material Science.

- Knowledge of CE certification, Ergonomics, and Machine Safety.

- Experience in designing mobile equipment for industrial use, Material

- Handling Equipment, Special Purpose Machines, Robots,

- Commercial Vehicles, Cars

- Hands-on experience in machine (AGV/AMR) design & throughput calculations.

- Hands-on experience of project management, machine installation, commissioning, and project execution
