Role Description
Design and lead a team of 11 finance professionals
Own financial control, governance, and month-end close
Drive CAPEX oversight,
budgeting, and compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ROC)
Deliver CFO-ready MIS, cash flow forecasts, and audit readiness
Lead ERP digitization and finance process excellence
Qualifications
- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills, with experience in managing institutional or corporate finances.
- Expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit coordination, including familiarity with Indian regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and oversee internal controls, risk management practices, and cash flow management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, use of ERP/financial software, and preparation of clear, data‑driven management reports.
- Relevant academic qualification in CA is a must.
- Experience in the education, technology, or manufacturing sectors, or with not‑for‑profit institutions, is highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team‑development capabilities, with a collaborative and ethical approach to decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non‑finance stakeholders.
