Role & responsibilities To lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function with responsibility for financial reporting, planning and analysis,

taxation, statutory compliance, treasury, cash-flow management, internal controls and audit. The role will act as a strategic finance partner to leadership, providing timely financial insights and strong financial governance to support growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management & Reporting

- Lead the Finance & Accounts function, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant accounting and reporting.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Drive MIS, management reports, financial analysis and business performance dashboards.

Budgeting, Planning & Business Partnering
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
- Monitor actuals against budgets and provide variance analysis and forward-looking insights.
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial implications of key decisions and initiatives.

Treasury & Working Capital
- Oversee cash-flow planning, treasury operations and fund utilisation.
- Manage banking relationships, working capital and funding requirements.
- Drive initiatives to improve receivables, payables and cash conversion cycles.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act and applicable statutory requirements.
- Oversee tax assessments, notices and filings.




- Coordinate with external tax advisors and consultants where required.

Audit & Financial Controls
- Lead statutory, internal, tax and other financial audits.
- Strengthen financial controls, accounting policies, approval mechanisms and risk management.
- Identify control gaps and ensure timely corrective and preventive action.

ERP, Process Excellence & Leadership
- Ensure effective utilisation and governance of ERP and financial systems.
- Drive automation, process standardisation and continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Finance team and establish explicit accountability

Preferred candidate profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1015 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience across financial accounting, reporting, FP&A;, taxation, treasury, audit and financial controls.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure or Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, cash-flow and working capital management.
- Strong exposure to ERP systems, financial automation and process improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High commercial acumen, analytical ability, integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate as a business partner to leadership.
