Technical Skills :

- PCB schematic design (power systems, motor drives, analog simulation)
- Layout design from concept to prototypes
- Microcontrollers, microprocessors, and embedded components
- Hardware debugging techniques
- Industry compliance standards (CE, UL)
- Wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi)
- Firmware development for complex embedded systems
- PLM systems and BOM management

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of embedded hardware systems, including advanced schematic design, PCB layout, and strategic component selection.




- Drive schematic design for embedded boards, focusing on motor drivers, I/O cards, high-power systems, battery management, IoT, and wireless solutions.
- Perform simulation and optimization of analog power management systems.
- Oversee PCB layout for high-current systems, ensuring compliance with ESD/EFT/Surge standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
- Implement, test, and validate hardware designs to ensure reliability and performance.
- Lead advanced debugging and troubleshooting efforts.
- Create and maintain detailed design documentation.
- Work with firmware and software engineers for seamless system integration.
- Spearhead prototype development and iterative testing.
- Conduct design verification and validation testing.

Minimum Qualification : BTech EE/ECE (MTech preferred).
