Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Finance skilled to own budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, and MIS reporting for a fast-growing deep-tech company. You'll work closely with the Business Development and Purchase teams, present financials to leadership and stakeholders, and build the financial systems that scale with us.

Key Responsibilities

Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and strategic financial plans with the Business Development team

Prepare and present monthly/annual financial reports to board members, stakeholders, and clients

Own the complete AP/AR cycle timely, cost-efficient vendor, employee, and contractor payments

Build and implement budget-control and expense-accounting systems and processes

Drive MIS reporting, cash flow analysis,



and treasury insights for leadership decision-making

Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory norms

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banking partners

Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in Commerce (mandatory); CA / MBA Finance / ICWA / CMA / Semi-qualified CA/ICWA/CMA with 2+ years articleship preferred

Strong hands-on experience in Budgeting & Forecasting, MIS Reporting, GST/TDS compliance

Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint; working knowledge of Tally / Zoho

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Forex Management experience is a plus

Ability to prioritize, plan, and own deadlines independently
