Role Description The Deputy Chief Executive Officer will support the overall leadership and strategic direction of Esse India, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to drive growth and operational excellence. This full-time, on-site role in Abroad involves overseeing daily operations, aligning business plans with long-term objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality immigration consulting services. The role includes managing financial performance, optimizing processes, and guiding teams to meet performance targets and client satisfaction goals.





The Deputy CEO will also contribute to strategic initiatives, develop new business opportunities, support sales efforts, and represent the organization in key stakeholder meetings and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills for budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to enhance efficiency and guide long-term growth.
- Sales and business development capabilities to expand client base and support revenue targets.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Prior experience in consulting, immigration services, or qualified services is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, management, or a related field.
