Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Oversee budget preparation, forecasting, and analysis to optimize business performance.

- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (Income Tax & GST) and maintain statutory records.

- Provide guidance on TDS calculation and management to team members.

Job Requirements :

- 5-30 years of experience in finance or accounting role, preferably in an engineering industry.

- Solid knowledge of Balance Sheet Preparation, Financial Reporting, Mis Reporting, Statutory Compliance, Tds Calculation, and Gst Compliance.

- Proven track record in managing budgets and achieving cost savings initiatives.
