Key Responsibilities

Drive department sales and achieve monthly/annual targets.

Lead, coach and motivate the store team to deliver results.

Ensure excellent customer service and customer engagement.

Manage department operations, stock availability and inventory accuracy.

Monitor KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT and productivity.

Ensure VM and brand standards are maintained as per guidelines.

Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

Manage stock replenishment, rotation and ageing.

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company processes.

Handle team scheduling, performance management and people development.

What We’re Looking For

Retail/Fashion/Apparel experience preferred.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Customer-focused mindset.

Positive understanding of retail sales and KPIs.

Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for fashion and retail.
