Role Description The Diploma Engineer Trainee will support on-site operations at GREW Solar’s facility in Hoshangabad in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting in the installation, testing, and maintenance of solar PV modules and related equipment under the guidance of senior engineers. The trainee will help monitor production processes, collect and document technical data, and report any deviations or issues to the engineering team. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with cross-functional teams for quality checks, safety compliance,



and basic troubleshooting on the shop floor.

The role is designed to provide structured hands-on training, enabling the trainee to develop practical skills in solar manufacturing, process optimization, and plant operations.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.

- Basic understanding of solar PV technology, power systems, and manufacturing processes, with a willingness to learn advanced concepts.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, standard operating procedures, and equipment manuals.

- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in measurements, testing, and documentation.

- Comfort working on-site in an industrial environment, following safety protocols and using standard tools and equipment.

- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers, supervisors, and production staff.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word) for data entry, reporting, and documentation.

- Flexibility to work in shifts as required and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and skill development.

- Prior internship or vocational training experience in manufacturing, solar, or allied industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
