We are looking for committed and talented dental professionals to join Aastha Face – Dental Unit as permanent members of our clinical team.
As a Permanent Member of Aastha Face – Dental Unit, you will be an integral part of our dental team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the clinical standards and growth of the unit.
You will work alongside experienced professionals in a structured, learning-oriented environment with exposure to diverse dental cases and opportunities for continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality and ethical dental care to patients.
- Diagnose, plan, and perform dental procedures according to established clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Collaborate with senior clinicians and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Stay updated with advancements in dentistry, clinical techniques, and technology.
- Maintain high standards of sterilization, infection control, and patient safety.
- Support and mentor junior dentists, interns,
and other team members.
- Maintain professional communication and a patient-centric approach.
- Contribute to the clinical standards and overall growth of the Aastha Face Dental Unit.
Requirements
- BDS or MDS from a recognized institution.
- Valid dental council registration.
- Strong clinical and communication skills.
- Professional and patient-centric approach.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work effectively within a professional clinical team.
- Prior clinical experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
