Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dental Ceramist / Ceramic Technician (Implant Cases) located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves designing, fabricating, and finishing ceramic restorations for implant cases, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and All-on-X prosthetics, using digital workflows and conventional techniques. The technician will interpret dentist prescriptions and digital scans, perform shade matching, layering, glazing, and polishing to achieve accurate fit and natural esthetics.

Daily tasks include collaborating with clinicians and in-house teams, maintaining lab equipment and materials, and adhering to quality, safety, and infection control standards.



The role also includes reviewing complex cases, troubleshooting fit or esthetic issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of protocols and digital production processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills, including ceramic layering, finishing, and handling of dental materials.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Dental Technology and digital workflows, such as CAD/CAM design, 3D printing, and milling for implant prosthetics.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Dentistry principles related to occlusion, esthetics, and functional design of crowns, bridges, and implant restorations.
- Candidates should possess experience working as Laboratory Technicians in dental labs, with a focus on implant cases and complex restorative work.
- Candidates should possess skills in fabricating and adjusting Dentures and other removable prostheses, ensuring comfort, fit, and function.
- Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience (minimum 3 years) in dental ceramics, especially implant-supported restorations, is highly beneficial.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and strong visual esthetic judgment are essential.
- Ability to read prescriptions, interpret digital scans, and communicate clearly with dental professionals is required.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, follow standardized protocols, and work collaboratively in a rapid-paced lab environment
