Job Title: o9 Config Lead - Demand Planning

Location - PAN India

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience along with two end to end o9 Implementation Projects.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced o9 Config Lead specializing in Demand Planning to lead the configuration, solution design, and deployment of o9 modules related to Demand Planning. The Config Lead will play a key role in gathering business requirements, solutioning, configuring the platform, and ensuring smooth delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and setup of o9 Demand Planning modules.

Translate business requirements into functional configurations using o9 IBP Studio.

Customize Planning Models (Time Aggregations, Dimensions, Measures, Tables, Members).

Develop and configure Workflows, Reports, Graph Cubes, and KPI Dashboards.

Configure Demand Forecasting algorithms and statistical models.

Work closely with business and functional teams for requirements gathering and validation.

Perform testing, validation, and troubleshoot issues during UAT and post-go-live.





Collaborate with Integration teams for data flow design and data mapping.

Provide post-go-live hypercare and knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Robust experience in o9 Solutions Demand Planning configuration.

Hands-on with o9 Modeler, IBP Studio, and Data Integration concepts.

Understanding of Demand Forecasting techniques, statistical models, and time-series forecasting.

Familiarity with supply chain planning concepts, including S&OP; and Demand Sensing.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of SQL or Python (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

Engineer or Any graduate/Postgraduate with experience in o9 Configuration

Experience with o9 Demand Planning implementations.

Understanding of o9 Configuration & Demand Planning Modules.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, and data integrations.

Experience in manufacturing, CPG industries is a plus.
