Job Title: Demand & Supply Planner

Reports To: AGM - Demand & Supply

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform demand forecasting for the products (SKUs) in consultation with BD/Sales & responsible for monthly & quarterly demand plan to ensure a consistent and timely supply.
- Identify potential risks or disruptions in the supply (e.g., supply delays, production issues, artwork, regulatory changes) and develop contingency plans.
- Work closely with the BD and NPL teams to incorporate current product launches into the demand plan.
- Close coordination with PPIC & Purchase team to finalize monthly & quarterly manufacturing & dispatch plan.
- Continuously monitor and adjust demand forecasts to account for demand fluctuations and changes in customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PPIC, regulatory, Purchase, manufacturing, QA and BD to align smooth supply of products to the market.
- Proficiency in sale order punching and update orderbook.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support inventory levels and demand forecasts to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Identify opportunities for improving forecasting accuracy, inventory management and support to supply chain processes.




- Work proactively to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the supply chain that could impact product availability into the market.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Pharma, life sciences or a related field
- 0 - 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, product launches, supply chain management, project management or related roles, with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain processes, including manufacturing operations, inventory management, and distribution.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in commercial tools and systems (e.g., SAP, INFLOW, Excel, data analytics platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
