Role Description

We are looking for a Demand Generation Executive to join our Pune team. The role will be responsible for executing B2B demand generation campaigns, identifying and qualifying prospects, and consistently delivering high-quality leads in line with campaign and client targets.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

- Execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns through telemarketing, and content syndication.
- Conduct market research and build targeted prospect/account lists based on campaign requirements.
- Identify, connect with, and qualify key decision-makers and relevant business prospects.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead and BANT/ MQL/SQL target as per campaign requirements.
- Maintain required lead quality, accuracy,



and conversion benchmarks.
- Manage and update prospect information accurately in CRM and campaign tracking tools.
- Adherence to campaign SLAs and client requirements
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance and overall lead generation processes.

Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation or inside sales
- Strong skills in prospecting, market research, lead qualification, and conversion
- Working knowledge of CRM and lead management tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of email marketing, content syndication, and digital lead generation.
- Target-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced, performance-driven environment.**
