Location: Gurugram (NCR)

Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to lead our outbound demand generation function focused on creating high-quality sales opportunities for our enterprise sales team. This role is responsible for building and executing demand generation strategies, leading a team of Demand Generation Specialists, identifying target markets, developing account outreach plans, and driving qualified CXO-level meetings across HR and Talent Acquisition leadership. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational execution and possesses deep expertise in B2B appointment generation, outbound prospecting, market intelligence, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing SDR (Sales Development Representative) team. • Define outreach strategies, cadences, and qualification frameworks. • Establish performance metrics, coaching plans, and productivity dashboards. • Drive accountability for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline created, and revenue contribution. • Own pipeline creation targets and demand generation KPIs. • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights. • Monitor funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline generated,

- Experience working with enterprise B2B organizations selling high-ticket solutions.
- Demonstrated success in generating measurable sales pipeline and revenue impact.
- Strong experience managing and scaling SDR teams.
- Deep understanding of up-to-date demand generation techniques, account-based marketing (ABM), outbound prospecting, and digital demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with leading CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnel optimization and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
