We build growth engines for founder-led B2B companies. We're hiring someone to run demand generation and account-based marketing for our legal and IP technology clients — selling into patent attorneys, in-house IP counsel and licensing teams across the US and Europe.

This is not a lead-volume role. These buyers are few, hard to reach, and deeply sceptical of vendors. The work is building named-account lists from behavioural signals, writing outreach that earns a reply, and running the systems behind it.

What you'll do

- Build target account lists from real signals — patent filings, litigation records, renewal deadlines, leadership changes — not job-title filters
- Write and run multi-channel sequences across email and LinkedIn
- Own deliverability: sending domains, warm-up, authentication, reply rates
- Run LinkedIn for founders — profile, company page, content cadence, engagement
- Manage CRM, pipeline stages and weekly reporting




- Turn a complex technical product into language a lawyer will actually read

You'll fit if you have either

- 2–4 years in B2B demand generation or ABM, ideally selling to a technical or skilled audience, and genuine interest in learning how IP and patents work, or
- Experience in patent research, IP analytics or a law firm, and you want to move into commercial and marketing work

Plus: excellent written English, comfort with research tools such as Apollo or Sales Navigator, and the judgement to know when not to send an email.

Useful, not required: familiarity with patents, SEPs or licensing · SEO and AEO · experience with US or EU B2B markets · CRM administration
