About the Role The incumbent will work as a Demand and Supply Planner; he /she will be responsible for analysis of planning data which requires review of a variety of factors using Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

Strategic

- Suggest short term and long term sourcing strategy to minimise cost to deliver.
- This would include short term upgrades to existing infrastructure as well as long term capacity enhancements via Greenfield or contract manufacturing in view of long term demand development, regulatory environment and state specific costs.

Developmental

- Develop S&OP; process across organisation to Maturity through Automation
- Drive development of Statistical forecasting models to support demand planning process

Operational

- Manage S&OP; to support organisational and supply chain KPI’s
- Collaborative forecast review with Sales
- Rolling three months Demand / Supply
- Improve freshness to market - Proactively agree with regional sales teams’ action for Ageing inventory




- Improve Secondary product availability - Monitor results through Service Level measures

Qualifications

- Graduation / Preferably Post Graduation in Operations or Supply Chain management
- Experience: 5 - 8 Years in FMCG or Beverage Industry with preferable exposure to automation and analytics, the most recent experience being in Demand Planning & S&OP;
- Independently driving the S&OP; for multiple regions
- Use and develop forecasting tools to support demand planning process
- Experience in Automation and coding will be an added advantage

Required Skills

- High analytical skill and Excel capability
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills
