Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 technical support for enterprise storage and backup environments.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage, backup, recovery, and replication incidents within defined SLAs.

Perform backup, restore, replication, and disaster recovery operations across critical business systems.

Troubleshoot backup failures, storage performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and data protection incidents.

Support and maintain backup and recovery operations across Windows Server and Linux environments.

Analyze system logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Coordinate with customers, cross-functional teams, and OEM vendors for issue resolution and escalations.

Required Experience

2 to 10 years of experience in technical support, storage administration, backup operations, or infrastructure support.

Strong understanding of enterprise backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery concepts.

Experience supporting Windows Server and Linux operating systems.

Knowledge of storage technologies including SAN, NAS, RAID, Fibre Channel, and iSCSI.

Hands-on experience troubleshooting backup jobs, storage performance issues, and system-level incidents.

Familiarity with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and ITIL-based support processes.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
