Position: Delivery Staff
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver courier and parcel shipments to customers safely and on time.
- Collect shipments from customers as assigned.
- Ensure proper handling and security of all parcels during delivery.
- Verify customer details and obtain delivery confirmation/signature when required.
- Handle cash/collection amounts, if assigned.
- Coordinate with the hub/office team regarding delivery status and pending shipments.
- Update delivery status in the company system/app.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Follow company delivery procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any delivery issues, address problems, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements.
- Ability to handle parcels carefully and work responsibly.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
Working Conditions
- Location: Kottayam
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Salary will be based on experience and company standards.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
