Role Description The Delivery Partner role at PRSMC Digital Technologies is an in office position based in Mumbai.

The Delivery

Partner will oversee end-to-end project delivery, coordinating between clients, internal development teams, and other stakeholders to ensure commitments are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities include planning project milestones, tracking progress, managing risks and dependencies, and resolving delivery issues proactively. The role also involves clarifying requirements, facilitating communication, supporting quality assurance activities, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with client expectations and business goals.

Partner will contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and help maintain strong, long-term client relationships.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project and delivery management skills, including project planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, requirements gathering, and expectation setting to ensure smooth engagement and satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile or iterative methodologies, and basic understanding of web, software, and digital product development.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills to identify delivery bottlenecks, propose solutions, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in IT services, digital solutions, or consulting delivery roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and openness to occasional client visits or extended collaboration hours as needed to meet delivery timelines.
