Job Title: Delivery Manager (US Recruitment)

Location: Bengaluru (Remote)

As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, stakeholder management, operational efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall account strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement. Reporting into the VP of recruitment of your business unit, you will be responsible for driving best practices

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage full-cycle recruitment and selection process for assigned MSP/VMS client group to include sourcing, selection, and on-boarding.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members to develop and execute strategic sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives and outcomes not limited to alumni groups, social networking, Boolean searches, and referrals.
- Help the team to conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates for further consideration.
- Drive high-quality selection and positive candidate/client experience in MSP/VMS practices.
- Trending and analyzing the client requirements for better and effective results.
- Being accountable for daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations including client specific SLAs and compliance with process.
- Ability to understand client scorecards,



work with leadership to create action plans accordingly.
- Delivering effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIS are set and appropriate, development plans are devised, and mentoring is provided as required,
- Mentoring and guiding new staff as required, ensuring effective training and onboarding processes minimize disruption to the client and improve time to productivity
- Regular quality audits of recruiting process – emails/calls/notes/submissions

Experience & qualification:

- 6 years of experience in us staffing/recruitment as recruitment qualified.
- Prior experience in managing MSP/VMS client teams, as a team leader/manager
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and handling team issues.
- Prior applicant tracking system usage, LinkedIn recruiting, use of job boards required.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct,
- Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and to develop strong client relationships
- Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends, recommend recruiting strategies
