- Strong functional knowledge of Employee Compensation &
- Total Rewards

- Strong experience with HCM / HRIS platforms and enterprise HR technology

- Client-facing delivery management & product management experience

- Ability to independently manage US/UK client meetings

- Strong requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills

- Experience translating business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories &

- Acceptance Criteria

- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and familiarity with ServiceNow

- Experience working closely with Development, QA &

- Implementation teams

- Strong Agile/Scrum experience

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Translate complex compensation requirements into transparent functional and technical requirements

- Manage priorities, blockers, risks, commitments and delivery timelines

- Create and manage Epics, Features,



User Stories and Acceptance Criteria

- Identify client-specific customization vs reusable product functionality

- Prioritize product enhancements based on client needs and business value

- Coordinate with Development &

- QA teams and validate completed functionality

- Conduct product demonstrations and functional reviews

- Contribute to product roadmap discussions and maintain functional documentation
