Deep understanding in how money moves through afund, from investor subscriptions and redemptions through to incomerecognition, fee accruals, and financial statement preparation.
At least one institutional fund accounting orportfolio management platform.
Act as the system owner/sponsor for thecompanys accounting and reporting system.
- Prepare and perform the review of financialdata and preparation of financial statements and reports for both internal andexternal purposes and do accounting and reporting problem resolution consistentwith strategic objectives of Company and in accordance with generally acceptedaccounting principles, applicable regulations,
and company policies andprocedures.
Prepare various financial reports as requiredfrom time to time.
Providing support to other departments andmanagers in the matters of Finance and payments.
Deal with internal and external auditors andsupply relevant information.
Work closely with the members of the serviceprovider team on Finance related matters to ensure smooth coordination inday-to-day functioning and achievement of role objectives.
Ensure high standards of confidentiality andethics to safeguard commercially sensitive information.
C omply with all applicable legal, regulatoryand internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, GroupCompliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, DataProtection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict ofInterest and Insider Dealing Policy).
