Job Purpose As part of the AI, Data & Digital, you will be working with the data analytics, automation and reporting requirements of a US Commercial Real Estate firm as part of Acuity’s Center of Excellence model.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the client LOB teams to build curated data sets for Commercial Real Estate data.
- Translate client challenges into actionable business intelligence solutions by partnering with the subject matter experts at the bank
- Expertise in understanding the technical and functional designs of the databases
- Acquiring proprietary data from on-prem data warehouses
- Perform data preparation activities in support of analytics, reporting and automation. Develop and manage bespoke extract, transform, load (ETL) processes. Create centralized, analytical data marts across various projects to support analysis across multiple business units
- Ability to transform high-level requirements into data visualizations in new technologies is a plus, which will allow business users to answer common questions and interact with data to answer more complex questions
- Leverage Claude to design and develop web-based reporting and analytics applications, transforming business requirements into intuitive user experiences.




- Desirable to have Python coding skills
- Require excellent coding skills.
- Manage data flow from major database platforms including Snowflake etc
- Understand the logic of various business fields/columns and implement them
- Make modifications to the logic based on user requirements. Also, undertake adhoc data requests.
- Prepare on demand request on loan datatypes.
- Experience in migrating reports from one platform to another platform.
- Experience of understanding the framework of on-prem database structure and the related tables/views.
- Maintain extract, transform, load (ETL) processes connecting data warehouses to analytical platforms
- Evaluate ongoing automation of underlying manual processes
- Investigate underlying data sets and derive actionable analytical insights using quantitative techniques
- Study and research on the domain functionalities to add value to the analytical findings
- Ensure meticulous documentation of processes, meta data, query logic, and results
- Perform balance & control, testing and/or other validation activities to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure quality of data, analysis and reporting of the overall process
- Building good rapport and trust with client

Key competencies

- Over 6-9 years of relevant development experience in SQL.
- Masters / Bachelors in Computer Applications / Technology, Bachelors in Engineering
- Efficiently lead the client calls on a daily basis
- Be proactive and independent, able to work on projects with minimum input from senior stakeholders
- Evaluate and ensure quality of deliverables within defined timelines
- Prior experience in the financial services domain is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a cooperative mindset.
