We are hiring Delivery / Van Associates for a leading logistics and distribution company. The candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of products to customers, retailers, and assigned locations while ensuring smooth delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up products/orders from the assigned hub or warehouse.
- Deliver products to assigned customers, retailers, or stores within the scheduled time.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and complete daily delivery targets.
- Handle products/packages safely during transportation.
- Update delivery status through the company's mobile application.
- Coordinate with the hub and operations team regarding deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with customers and retailers.
- Maintain basic delivery records and ensure successful order completion.
- Follow company safety and operational guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, e-commerce, FMCG distribution, or field operations is preferred.
- For Van Associate roles, a valid driving licence and relevant driving experience are required.
- Smartphone is required.
- Good knowledge of local routes and areas will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned area.
- Freshers may also apply, subject to role and location requirements.
