We are looking for responsible and energetic Delivery Executives to handle the timely and safe delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and company-related materials to customers, branches, banks, and other designated locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and other materials as assigned.
- Ensure timely delivery to the designated location.
- Handle company documents and materials safely and responsibly.
- Obtain necessary acknowledgements or delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate with the concerned branch/team for delivery and collection requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Immediately report any delivery delays, issues, or discrepancies to the reporting manager.
- Maintain skilled and courteous communication with customers and company representatives.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple delivery assignments.
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Knowledge of using smartphones and navigation applications.
