We are looking for a responsible and reliable Delivery Executive to join our pharmaceutical wholesale distribution team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering medicines and healthcare products safely and on time to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver medicines and pharmaceutical products to customers as per the assigned schedule.
Ensure products are handled carefully and delivered in positive condition.
Verify invoices, delivery documents, quantities, and products before delivery.
Collect payments from customers when required and submit them to the office/accounts team.
Obtain customer signatures/confirmation for delivered orders.
Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams regarding deliveries.
Maintain proper records of deliveries and collections.
Handle company delivery vehicle/bike responsibly and follow traffic and safety rules.
Maintain good professional relationships with customers.
Report any delivery issues, shortages, damages, or returns promptly.
Requirements
Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
Previous delivery experience is preferred.
Experience in pharmaceutical/medical wholesale distribution will be an advantage.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
Ability to handle medicines and delivery documents carefully.
