Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Delivery Executive to support the SCM Department in the timely and efficient delivery and collection of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, documents, and other materials related to healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver medicines, medical consumables, equipment, documents, and other materials to patients, hospitals, branches, vendors, and other designated locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per the assigned schedule.
- Collect materials, documents, or supplies from vendors, pharmacies, hospitals, and other locations as instructed.
- Verify the quantity and condition of items before delivery and collection.
- Obtain acknowledgement/signature or other proof of delivery wherever required.
- Maintain proper records of deliveries, collections, and pending deliveries.
- Coordinate with the SCM team regarding delivery schedules, priority requirements, and changes in assignments.




- Handle medical supplies and equipment carefully and ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
- Ensure the assigned vehicle/two-wheeler is maintained in good working condition, wherever applicable.
- Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic regulations.
- Report delivery delays, discrepancies, damaged items, or other issues to the SCM team immediately.
- Support the SCM team in stock movement, inventory transfers, and other logistics-related activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th Pass; graduate preferred.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
- Good knowledge of Hyderabad routes and locations.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use Google Maps/navigation applications and smartphones.
- Basic documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deliveries.
- Prior experience in healthcare delivery, pharmacy, logistics, e-commerce, or courier services will be an advantage.
