OptInn Solutions is a supply chain consulting and implementation firm. We design and deliver Advanced Planning Systems on Blue Yonder, o9 Solutions and Kinaxis for enterprise clients across India, Southeast Asia, US and beyond — spanning planning transformation, multi-country rollouts and ongoing platform support.

As our delivery volume and team have grown, we are investing in the operating model underneath them. This role exists to build that model and put it to work — defining how we run projects and practices, then embedding it on live engagements before handover to internal owners. A hands-on mandate: design and execution, not advisory.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Establish the practice management model: practice operating rhythm and P&L; discipline, demand and capacity planning, bench management, reusable assets and accelerators, and the pre-sales support model
- Define and roll out a standardised project delivery methodology for APS programs — phase model, tollgates, deliverable standards, estimation model and template library, with variants by engagement type
- Set up internal delivery processes and governance — engagement initiation, staffing, status reporting, risk and change management, escalation and closure — with the meeting cadence and artefacts that go with them
- Define the delivery KPI set and build engagement, practice and leadership dashboards, each with named owners, data sources and a review forum
- Assess the current organisation structure, design the target org, identify structural gaps and produce a sequenced transition plan
- Create role charters,



RACI and decision rights across delivery, solution architecture, pre-sales and HR interfaces
- Build the capability and talent engine — competency framework, certification roadmap, onboarding and mentoring — alongside a stronger hiring process: demand forecasting, structured interviews, scorecards and sourcing strategy
- Execute and embed: roll the above out on live engagements, train teams, and hand over to named internal owners with a sustainment roadmap

What We're Looking For

- 15+ years in IT services or technology consulting, with 5+ years running or building a delivery organisation (Delivery Head, Practice Head, Delivery Excellence / PMO Head, or COO of a services business)
- A track record of setting up delivery functions, not only operating inherited ones
- Authorship of a delivery methodology adopted across multiple engagements: phases, tollgates, deliverable standards, estimation model and templates written by you
- Practice management experience, ideally with P&L; accountability — demand-capacity planning, utilisation and margin, bench and pre-sales support
- Hands-on ownership of hiring at scale in a technical services context
- Supply chain domain background with exposure to APS platforms (Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, SAP IBP or equivalent), and familiarity with global delivery and multi-country rollouts — strongly preferred
- A hands-on operator, comfortable with ambiguity and willing to do the work personally rather than direct a team to do it

Engagement Details

Engagement - Contract — 3 months, full time, extendable by mutual agreement

Location - Bangalore — hybrid, with on-site presence expected during the first month
