Role Description The Delivery Director is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of technology and consulting engagements across multiple clients and projects. This role leads delivery planning, execution, and governance, ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets while aligning with client expectations and organizational standards.

The Delivery

Director will collaborate closely with client stakeholders, internal teams,



and offshore resources to manage delivery risks, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement. Day-to-day activities include reviewing project status reports, guiding program and project managers, optimizing resource allocation, and enforcing delivery methodologies and best practices. The role also involves contributing to account growth, supporting pre-sales activities, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience across all engagements.

Qualifications

- 15+ years of overall experience with strong technical delivery and service management experience
- Proven experience in end-to-end service delivery , SLA management and quality standards
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience working in an onshore-offshore engagement model
- Strong exposure to development and support environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Azure, Oracle and Salesforce
- Strong capabilities in resource planning, project planning, delivery governance and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a similar role within the IT consulting industry
