We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director BFSI to lead large-scale technology delivery and strategic client relationships across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance accounts. The role will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, client management, P&L;, operational governance, revenue growth and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large BFSI clients, multi-location delivery teams, complex transformation programs and senior stakeholder relationships
- 18+ years of experience in IT Services / Technology / Digital Transformation.
- Significant experience managing BFSI clients and large technology delivery portfolios.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex programs.
- Robust client-facing and executive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in P&L;, revenue, margin and commercial management.
- Strong understanding of delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps and traditional SDLC.
- Experience with digital transformation, cloud, data/AI, automation or modern technology platforms is preferred.
- Strong exposure to RFP/RFI/RFP solutioning and pre-sales is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively with CXO-level stakeholders.
